The CryoScan-XY-Amp is a cryogenic XY flexure scanner with mechanically amplified motion delivering 50 × 50 µm of travel at 300 K and 12 × 12 µm at 4 K in a 34 × 34 × 6 mm footprint. Non-magnetic and UHV compatible, designed for atomic force microscopy and confocal applications.
